other iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) / low-code/no-code platforms to build integrations and workflows for customers. \nWrite and optimize SQL queries to support data integrations and workflows. \nConnect to and consume REST & SOAP APIs to build and troubleshoot integrations. \nGather and document functional and technical system requirements. \nConduct end-to-end testing to ensure integrations are working. \nWork with internal resources, Partner Resources, and Client Resources. \nCreate documentation based on Workflows developed, from a range of technical specifications to user-guides and test scenarios. \nResolve issues raised by clients or support teams.\nRequirements:\nBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. \nAt least 1 year of experience working with Workato or other iPaaS solutions. \nAt least 2 years of experience dealing directly with customers as a Technical Consultant. \nFluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written). \nStrong understanding of Databases & SQL Queries, and able to write, read, and troubleshoot queries.\nStrong understanding of API’s in general, and able to decipher and use API documentation to build and test integrations. \nUnderstanding of basic programming concepts and principles. \nUnderstanding of JSON structures. \nUnderstanding of
