Let’s take a closer look at the role\n Key Responsibilities\n Manage Warehouse Transactions- Process inbound receiving and outbound shipping transactions accurately within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).\nVerify Inventory and Documentation- Audit freight against packing lists, bills of lading, and shipping manifests to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance.\n Coordinate Cross dock Operations- Partner with third-party logistics (3PL) personnel to facilitate efficient freight flow, trailer loading, and unloading activities.\nResolve Operational Issues- Serve as the primary point of contact for shipping discrepancies, damaged freight, and system-related issues by utilizing customer portals and internal processes.\nMaintain Shipping Records- Ensure all shipping documentation, digital records, and photographic evidence of non-compliant shipments are complete, accurate, and maintained according to company standards.\nWork Environment\nFast-paced warehouse and cross dock environment.\nFrequent interaction with warehouse associates, third-party logistics providers, carriers, and customers.\nRegular walking throughout the warehouse and dock areas to monitor operations.\nAbility to work in varying warehouse temperatures and around moving equipment while following all safety procedures.\nMust be available to work flexible hours, including overtime or weekends as required to support inbound and outbound operations.\nThis position is available for a 1st and 2nd shift only \n Education\nHigh school diploma or GED required.\nExperience\nMinimum of two (2) years of experience in warehouse, cross dock, transportation, or logistics operations.\nExperience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), preferably Körber WMS.\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.\nExperience coordinating shipments with carriers and third-party logistics providers.\nAbility to interpret shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, and manifests.\nPersonality Traits\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nEffective problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.\nCustomer-focused with the ability to build positive working relationships with internal and external partners.\nAdaptable, dependable, and able to manage changing priorities while meeting operational deadlines.\n Pay/Benefits/Perks\n$25/hr\nAccrue up to five days PTO in first year.
