If you are looking for a career that gives you the opportunity to be a GREAT manager for our GREAT fleet, this is the perfect job for you!\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities, include but are not limited to:\nCommunicate ETAs with load planners\nUtilize McLeod, which is our operating software, to assign work to drivers all over the country\nDirect the daily activities of drivers to designated territories or dedicated operations in accordance with company policies, procedures, and business objectives\nProviding drivers with guidance on complying with any applicable local, state and federal statutes regulating the trucking industry.\nEnsure that drivers are safe, productive, and deliver on-time to our customers.\nCounseling drivers and assisting them with over the road issues\nAssist drivers with keeping important documents up to date such as driver’s license renewal, random drug tests and physicals\n Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or any related field or 1-3 years of experience in dispatch or fleet management\nProficient experience with truck dispatch software\nFlatbed Experience a plus\nMicrosoft Office knowledge\nExcellent written and oral communication skills\nMust be detail oriented and have a great interpersonal skills\n This position is Monday-Friday 7am-5pm.
