Let’s take a closer look at the role.\n As the Human Resources Coordinator at TA Services, you’ll be the go-to person for our team members, supporting them through onboarding, benefits, and HR processes. You’ll help create a positive, welcoming experience for every employee, coordinate orientations and team-building activities, and partner with leadership on HR initiatives and projects. If you enjoy helping people succeed and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you.\nShift: Standard business hours, Monday through Friday. Flexibility may be needed for events or special onboarding sessions.\nKey Responsibilities\nLive and promote TA Service’s values while delivering outstanding HR support and maintaining confidentiality.\nGuide new team members through onboarding, including HRIS tasks, I9s, paperwork, and orientation logistics.\nHelp team members understand and navigate their benefits, support open enrollment, and track enrollment deadlines.\nPlan and coordinate team-building activities, manage HR files, and assist with employee relations matters as needed.\nPartner with leadership on special projects, training initiatives, and HR metrics tracking.\nWork Environment\nYou’ll be based at the Southern Indiana Logistics Center (SILC).
