Let’s take a closer look at the role.\n Key Responsibilities\nQuality Management System - Maintain QMS procedures, work instructions, forms, and documentation.\nEnsure processes meet quality and customer requirements.\nAudits & Corrective Actions - Conduct internal audits and identify process gaps.\nTrack corrective actions and verify effective resolution.\nQuality Data & Reporting - Monitor quality metrics, trends, and performance.\nPrepare reports and provide recommendations to leadership.\nContinuous Improvement - Identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and consistency.\nSupport process improvements and standardization.\nTraining & Operational Support - Support quality training and communicate process changes.\nPartner with Operations and other teams to resolve quality issues.\nWork Environment\nPrimarily works in a warehouse and operational environment.\nRegular interaction with warehouse employees, supervisors, managers, leadership, and cross-functional departments.\nMay require time spent on the warehouse floor observing processes, conducting audits, investigating issues, and supporting training.\nMust be comfortable working in an environment where operational priorities and quality requirements may change.\nMay require occasional travel or support across multiple warehouse locations, as needed.\n Education\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required.\nAssociate's or bachelor's degree in Quality, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, or a related field preferred.\nExperience\nPrevious experience in quality, warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, transportation, or a similar operational environment preferred.\nExperience with Quality Management Systems, internal auditing, document control, corrective action, or continuous improvement preferred.\nExperience in a similar quality, compliance, operations, or process improvement role is beneficial.\nStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.\nAbility to collect, organize, analyze, and communicate quality data and trends.\nStrong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.\nKnowledge of ISO 9001 or similar quality management principles preferred.\nFamiliarity with Lean, 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies beneficial.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate documentation, and follow corrective actions through completion.\nMachinery/tools: Ability to safely and effectively use standard office equipment and technology required for documentation, reporting, data analysis, communication, and quality management activities.
