If yes, then read on...\nThe Data Integration Engineer/ MarTech Architect is responsible for designing, building, maintaining, and optimizing secure, scalable data integrations that connect PSECU's marketing technology ecosystem, CRM platforms, digital experience systems, analytics environments, and enterprise data sources. This role enables reliable data movement, governed data activation, and actionable insights across member engagement channels.The position partners closely with Marketing Technology, IT, Data & Analytics, Digital Experience, Product, Operations, and Compliance teams to translate business requirements into integration architecture, data pipelines, APIs, source-to-target mappings, monitoring practices, and documentation that support personalization, automation, measurement, and regulatory expectations.\nSchedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am -4:00pm. This position will be a hybrid model both in person and remote with minimum of onsite expectation of 40% or as needed.\nIn this position, you will\nDesign and implement data integration architecture, data flows, APIs, middleware connections, and automation patterns across CRM, MarTech, analytics, website, and enterprise systems.\nBuild, maintain, test, and monitor reliable ETL/ELT pipelines, data synchronization processes, webhooks, and batch or near-real-time integration jobs.\nTranslate business and technical requirements into source-to-target mappings, data models, integration specifications, validation rules, and implementation plans.\nSupport HubSpot and CRM integrations, including data synchronization, custom objects, workflows, consent fields, lifecycle stages, campaign data, attribution data, and operational reporting needs.\nEstablish monitoring, alerting, error handling, reconciliation, documentation, and governance practices to ensure integration reliability, data quality, security, and compliance.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot integration issues, optimize performance, evaluate new tools, and recommend scalable solutions that enable personalized member experiences.\nOther duties as assigned.\nQualifications:\nBachelors: Computer Science (Required), Bachelors: Data Analytics (Required), Bachelors: Engineering (Required), Bachelors: Information Systems (Required), Bachelors (Required)Any equivalent combination of experience and education. | Required\nAPI/integration platforms, data governance, agile, or project management are a plus. | Not Required\nExperience in financial services, credit unions, or other regulated industries | Not Required\nExperience integrating HubSpot with enterprise data platforms, marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, websites, identity systems, or operational systems. | Not Required\nExperience with webhooks and APIs, Python or JavaScript, cloud data platforms, middleware/iPaaS tools, data warehouse concepts, marketing attribution data. | Not Required\nHubSpot integration experience | Required\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in data integration, systems integration, data engineering, application integration, CRM integration, or solution architecture. | RequiredCertified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE) -
