If yes, then read on...\nThe Fraud Investigation & Operations Support Analyst is a hybrid role responsible for the prevention, detection, investigation, and mitigation of plastic card fraud while supporting operational effectiveness, process improvement, and continuity across fraud and dispute functions. This position combines advanced fraud investigation expertise with business analysis, data analysis, quality assurance, and system support to ensure compliant, efficient, and resilient operations. The role also provides management and operational backup, supporting escalations, approvals, and coverage during leadership absences or high-risk periods.Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm. Onsite requirement is 40%; 2 days onsite (Wednesday and Thursday).\nIn this position, you will\nFraud Investigation & Risk Mitigation\nMonitor, administer, and optimize neural alert networks to detect and prevent fraudulent credit, debit, and ATM transactions.\nIdentify emerging fraud patterns and recommend, create, and modify rule strategies to mitigate losses.\nMaintain deep knowledge of authorization processes and their operational and fraud prevention impacts.\nExecute complex fraud investigations, including evidence gathering, analysis, and documentation.\nPrepare investigative findings and recommendations for internal review and external action.\nCoordinate with legal counsel and law enforcement on unauthorized use cases, civil actions, and criminal proceedings.\nRepresent the organization in interactions with law enforcement, auditors, examiners, and external partners.\nCompliance, Policy, and Quality Assurance\nMaintains required knowledge of PSECU bylaws, policies, and internal practices as they relate to the role. Must have Regulation E, Regulation Z, Regulation CC and Visa/Debit Network operation rules knowledge as they relate to card fraud and cardholder dispute. \nPerform quality control and assurance reviews across fraud and dispute activities.\nEnsure operations adhere to federal and state regulatory requirements.\nContinuously monitor operational and regulatory changes impacting fraud and dispute processes.\nOperations Support & Business Analysis\nSupport fraud and dispute operations through business analysis, data mining, and reporting.\nAnalyze workflows, performance metrics, and industry benchmarks to identify inefficiencies.\nRecommend and support process improvements, workflow automation, and operational enhancements.\nDevelop custom reports and business intelligence outputs to support leadership decision-making.\nApply statistical analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for operational improvement.\nRespond to inquiries from internal and outside departments within the credit union. \nSystems, Testing, and Reporting\nCoordinate system requirements related to fraud, dispute, and related applications.\nSupport system testing, training, and production releases.\nPerform program and data analysis to support monthly, ad hoc, and risk-based reporting.\nManagement & Operational Backup\nProvide backup coverage for management during absences, weekends, holidays, or high-risk periods.\nSupport escalated investigations, dispute research beyond frontline capabilities, and approval functions.\nParticipate in required on-call coverage.\nServe as a subject matter expert for fraud, dispute, and operational initiatives.\nAssist with special projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed.\nOther duties as
