If yes, then read on...\nThe Product Analyst I plays a key role in supporting and enhancing PSECU's Digital Banking experience with a focus on meeting member needs and business objectives. This position requires an understanding of web and mobile application development, digital banking products and services, and product delivery processes. The role collaborates with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to support the analysis, development, implementation, and ongoing improvement of digital banking features and services. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for building effective working relationships and contributing to successful product outcomes. Responsibilities include analyzing product and member data, creating and maintaining documentation, supporting product initiatives, developing visual mockups, and assisting in the maintenance and enhancement of digital banking products and services.Schedule: Monday - Friday. 8:00am - 4:00pm.
