This position helps to maintain data integrity in systems as required.\nWorkplace Policy\nHybrid from Atlanta, GA, Dallas, TX, or Irvine, CA.\nWhat To Expect (Essential Job Responsibilities)\nProvide training and follow-up training to Sales and Sales Operations (includes but is not limited to Sales Associates and Key Account Managers).\nMaintain data integrity for systems as well as supporting order management tools.\nDetermine the Murata Electronics Americas standard service model profile setup for order and inventory management based on customer process and function.\nSupport internal process by involving users in process-flow analysis and work redesign, with emphasis on effective utilization of systems or other information technologies to improve departmental performance.\nAnalyze and document problems, recommend solutions, initiate corrective actions, and follow up on problem resolution and issue status.\nAssist with updates related to policies and procedures as well as identifying areas of process and systems improvement. \nInterfacing as SOPS representatives with the Business Process Management (BPM) team to facilitate process and system improvements\nSupports J-Sox, IATF activities as assigned.\nParticipate as well as test and provide feedback on assigned Global Teams assignments for process system improvements\nSupport SOPS with design, development, documentation, and implementation of new applications and systems, in accordance with company needs and policies.\nMiscellaneous Job Responsibilities\nMaintain integrity Article Master Segments in systems.\nSupport internal IT departmental process improvements.\nAdd Article Suppliers to Master Segment in systems.\nCoordinate the registration of Customer Codes with Overseas Factories.\nMaintain-Create monthly reports, including data points, as assigned.\nPerform other job-related responsibilities and duties as assigned.\nWhat Is Required (Qualifications)\nHigh School Diploma or GED\n2+ years of applicable work experience in data analysis and data integrity,\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.\nAdaptable with the ability to consistently work in an ever-changing environment.\nPossess excellent verbal and written skills\nAnalytical skills with the ability to solve problems in systems and processes.\nHow To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)\nKnowledge of Murata’s industry, business principles, and cultural diversities.\nPrevious Project Management experience.\nData analysis and reporting experience.\nProficiency using SQL\nProficient in Process Mapping.\nOther\nCalifornia Salary depending on location.\nMinimum Salary $58,605.00\nMaximum Salary, $85,929\nPerks\nComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance.\nGenerous Paid Time Off including paid holidays and floating holidays.\n401(k) employer match on retirement planning.\nHybrid working schedule for eligible positions.\nTuition reimbursement on approved programs.\nFlexible and Health spending accounts.\nTalent Development program.\nImagine the possibilities as a member of Murata's innovative global team.\nBe an innovator -
