We have stories everywhere and it will be your job to find them and share them with our future sponsors.\nYou’ll work closely with BD and marketing with the goal to boost interest and set up more capabilities calls for clients planning pivotal studies in our core therapeutic areas.\nYou’ll help identify and then track any potential companies and contacts in Salesforce, with particular attention to our PSI champions who worked with us on previous studies.\nWe have regular conferences and you’ll support in identifying who’s attending, and who’s presenting data at posters. You’ll take that intelligence and craft very targeted outreach not as a salesperson, but as a fellow scientist keen to collaborate. You’ll do the same with our proposals and with stories that come from our ongoing studies.\nThis role will lay the foundation for a successful career in business development, where you’ll stand out as an informed, engaging storyteller.\nScope of Responsibilities:\nConducts research and Business Intelligence activities to identify key decision-makers and business opportunities\nTracks PSI champions across (potential) client companies \nIdentifies potential accounts and opportunities within the market\nFollows up on public leads (e.g., news of funding or planned trial starts) to assess opportunities\nQualifies potential accounts and opportunities that meet PSI’s specific target profile to ensure a high probability of success\nBuilds targeted campaigns with PSI stories from recent proposals\nWrites engaging outreach content to build interest in PSI\nImplements entry strategy to gain meetings with key decision-makers on potential accounts\nIdentifies and tracks business conference attendees\nReviews posters to prepare specific outreach and talking points for attendees\nRepresents PSI at industry events and conferences to build brand presence\nFosters key relationships with targeted accounts, focusing on vendor sourcing and clinical operations\nSupports the Business Development Director in advancing deals with targeted accounts through the pipeline\n College or University degree\n\n1- 2 years of experience at a pharmaceutical/biotechnology company and/or a CRO.\n\nUnderstanding of CROs and the clinical research industry\n\nUnderstanding of clinical operations\n\nStrong organizational skills\n\nStrong communication skills\n\nFor this position, PSI is not hiring individuals who require work visa sponsorship for employment now or in the future.\n Make the right call and take your career to a whole new level.
