will:\nConduct and report all types of onsite monitoring visits\nBe involved in study startup\nPerform CRF review, source document verification and query resolution\nBe responsible for site communication and management\nBe a point of contact for in-house support services and vendors\nCommunicate with internal project teams regarding study progress\nParticipate in feasibility research\nSupport regulatory team in preparing documents for study submissions\nSupport and participate in audits and inspections\n College/University degree in Life Sciences or an equivalent combination of education, training & experience\nThe candidate should meet the requirements for a CRA/monitoring position in Bosnia and Herzegovina\nAt least 1 year of independent on-site monitoring experience\nExperience in all types of monitoring visits\nFull working proficiency in English and Serbian\nProficiency in MS Office applications\nAbility to plan, multitask and work in a dynamic team
