We are looking for a Junior Clinical Research Associate who is curious, motivated to learn, and ready to grow into clinical monitoring. You will work with experienced clinical research professionals, build hands-on knowledge of clinical trials, and develop the skills needed to manage investigative sites with confidence.\n Office-based in Munich, Germany\nYou will:\nConduct and report all types of onsite monitoring visits as well as remote visits\nPerform CRF review, source document verification and query resolution\nMaintain accurate trial documentation, and help ensure participant safety, data integrity and compliance with study protocols and regulatory requirements\nBe responsible for site communication and management\nBuild effective relationships with investigators and study teams\nBe involved in site identification process\n Completed advanced CRA/Clinical Monitoring training (e.g., mibeg, Pharmaakademie, or comparable)\nUniversity degree in life sciences, natural sciences, pharmacy, medicine, or another relevant scientific/healthcare field\nDemonstrated knowledge and understanding of Good Clinical Practice and clinical trial processes\nPrior experience in clinical research is preferrable\nStrong communication and organizational skills\nAttention to detail and willingness to take accountability\nAbility to manage several priorities and learn quickly\nVery good German and English language skills\nWillingness to travel to investigational sites within Germany\n Why join PSI CRO?\nLearn from experienced professionals.
