We work on the frontline of medical science, changing lives, and bringing new medicines to those who need them.\n We are looking for a Clinical Research Associate II to join a highly motivated, international team where collaboration, ownership, and trust are part of everyday work.\nHybrid role in Milan\nYou will:\nConduct and report all types of onsite monitoring visits as well as remote visits.\nPerform CRF review, source document verification and query resolution.\nBe responsible for site communication and management.\nBe involved in site identification process.\nAssist in training of less expert CRAs, depending on your level of experience.\nWhat makes the role different:\nYou will use your managerial skills to take a lead for assigned studies, having true ownership rather than simply monitoring tasks.\nYou will work across multiple sponsors and broad therapeutic areas, keeping your work varied and scientifically engaging.\nYou will work on fewer protocols, enabling deeper study focus and stronger site relationships across Italy.\nYou will work on complex and scientifically interesting trials.\nYou will join a setup where CRAs are trusted with responsibility and autonomy.\n College/University degree in Life Sciences or an equivalent combination of education, training & experience\nIndependent on-site monitoring experience in Italy\nExperience in all types of monitoring visits in Phase II and/or III\nFull working proficiency in English\nProficiency in MS Office applications\nAbility to plan, multitask and work in a dynamic team environment\nCommunication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills\nAbility to travel and valid driver’s license\n You will be part of an experienced, dynamic, and truly international team, where knowledge sharing and collaboration happen naturally across borders.
