full-time position of a Junior IT Systems Administrator to provide daily technical support.\nOffice-based in Belgrade, Serbia\nThe scope of responsibilities will include:\nSupervised responsibility for troubleshooting and diagnosing desktop computer systems and peripheral equipment problems\nSupervised responsibility for IT support operations, including but not limited to receiving and tracking user requests, assigning priority and responsible persons, resolving requests and users’ notification\nShared responsibility for installation, configuration, maintenance and upgrades of desktop computer systems and peripherals (e.g., network cards, printers, modems, mice, add-in boards, copiers, etc.)\nSupervised responsibility for asset management of desktop computer systems (hardware and software inventories, licensing, systems decommissioning, etc.)\nResponsibility for documentation of system problems and resolutions\nAssistance with providing basic IT training to PSI staff\n College or University Degree preferably in Computer Science or a related field\nAt least 1+ years of experience in IT\nMicrosoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) training is a plus\nRelated experience in systems and network administration\nKnowledge of basic systems administration tools and processes\nProficiency in English and Serbian, written and spoken\nAbility to plan, multitask and
