Your focus will be on subjects’ rights, safety and well-being and quality of data compliance.\nThis is a home-based position.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nConducting and reporting all types of onsite monitoring visits\nDriving the study startup phase \nPerforming CRF reviews, source document verification and query resolution\nBe responsible for site communication and management\nSupervising study activities, timelines, and schedules for each site\nActing as a point of contact for in-house support services and vendors\nSupporting quality control, such as compliance monitoring and reports review\nParticipating in feasibility research\nSupporting the regulatory team in preparing documents for study submissions and regulatory approval\n BSc or MSc in Life Sciences (or similar), or an equivalent combination of education, training & experience\nIndependent on-site monitoring experience in the Netherlands\nDemonstrable experience in all types of monitoring visits in Phase II and/or III\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nFluency in Dutch and English\nExperience supporting Oncology studies is beneficial, but not essential\nAdvanced knowledge of MS Office\nFull and clean driver's license, and the ability to travel\nCommunication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills are essential\nAbility to multitask and work in a dynamic team environment\n Make the right call and take your career to a whole new level.
