We work on the front line of medical science, changing lives, and bringing new medicines to those who need them.\n Official job title will be Site Contract Specialist I and can be based anywhere in the United States.\nThe core responsibilities of this role include:\nFacilitating negotiations of site agreements and budgets to ensure alignment with the site activation plan \nCustomizing and preparing country- and site-specific agreements and organizing their translations\nTracking the status of site agreement and budget negotiation\nPreparing executable versions of site agreements and budgets, and coordinating the signature process\nFiling executed site agreements in the Trial Master File\nUpdating all concerned functions on the site contracting process\n College or university degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that presents the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
