practices to guarantee high availability and peak performance.\n\nTeam Development: Oversee onboarding, mentoring, and continuous professional growth for team members across different operational disciplines.\n\nCross-Functional Coordination: Act as the primary interface for cross-team communication and alignment with management and software engineering teams.\n\nHands-on Operations: Collaborating on the teams' technical and operational tasks, including infrastructure architecture, deployment pipelines, and automation.\n\nQuality Assurance: Conduct code reviews (especially for Infrastructure as Code) and review system deployment procedures.\n\nQualifications that inspire us\nLeadership Experience: Proven track record in leading and coordinating technical teams (ideally in a multi-team or matrix environment within IT Operations).\n\nAgile Mindset: Several years of experience working in agile environments (Kanban, SCRUM) within an Operations or DevOps context.\n\nCloud Expertise: Several years of hands-on experience in cloud environments (preferably Google Cloud Platform).\n\nInfrastructure & Orchestration: Comprehensive knowledge of Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, especially Terraform.\n\nCI/CD & Deployments: Solid knowledge of common development and deployment tools (Git, GitLab-CI), alongside an understanding of both modern and traditional installation processes.\n\nLanguage Skills: Professional fluency in both English and German (at least C1 level).\n\nNice to have:\nGoogle Cloud certifications (e.g., Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer or Cloud Architect).\n\nPractical experience with Ansible (highly valuable for the Installation Team).\n\nProgramming skills in Go or Python for automation and SRE-related
