Working closely with the Clinical Leads for Risk and Triage, you will coordinate safeguarding and risk-related administration, monitor key communication channels, maintain accurate records and help ensure that agreed actions are completed promptly.\nKey Responsibilities\nSafeguarding and Risk\nPromote and support Psicon’s client safety culture.\nSupport the Clinical Leads for Risk and Triage with day-to-day tasks, projects and ad hoc administrative duties.\nMonitor the safeguarding inbox, responding to or escalating enquiries in a timely manner.\nLog safeguarding and risk notices accurately.\nFollow up with external parties to confirm that safeguarding referrals and risk notices have been received and that appropriate action is being taken.\nFollow up with colleagues to ensure that safeguarding and risk-related actions are completed.\nTake accurate minutes at safeguarding and risk-related meetings.\nCommunicate agreed actions clearly and promptly to the relevant colleagues.\nSubject Access Requests\nMonitor the Subject Access Request inbox and respond promptly to internal and external enquiries.\nFor young people aged 12 and over, ensure that valid consent is obtained where appropriate and that the young person demonstrates an understanding of the implications of granting or withholding access, in accordance with UK GDPR guidance.\nReview and appropriately redact Subject Access Requests in line with UK GDPR, Information Commissioner’s Office guidance and safeguarding considerations.\nEnsure that statutory Subject Access Request deadlines are met.\nEscalate potential delays, concerns or other issues to the Information Governance Lead.\nAbout You\nYou will have previous experience in a safeguarding role and direct involvement in identifying, managing or supporting safeguarding processes. You will be comfortable working with sensitive information and able to exercise sound judgement while managing competing priorities.\nYou will also have:\nStrong knowledge of safeguarding and risk management.\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.\nThe ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people.\nExperience of working to KPIs and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong organisational skills and attention to detail.\nThe ability to remain calm, resilient and professional under pressure.\nA commitment to delivering high-quality client care and the highest standards of service.\nThe ability to establish and maintain effective professional relationships with colleagues.\nA discreet and professional approach to confidential and sensitive information.\nWorking at Psicon\nWe value our employees as an integral part of our service delivery and believe in recruiting and investing in the best employees.
