At PSP Investments, you’ll join a team of motivated and engaged professionals, dedicated to propelling our organization further than ever before.\nABOUT THE TEAM\nThe Data Analytics Enablement team owns and supports PSP's Data Analytics platform, the foundation underpinning data integration, market data provisioning, and data quality and cataloguing across the organization. We also play a key role in providing support and subject matter expertise to colleagues across PSP throughout their analytics development cycle.\nABOUT YOUR ROLE\nAs an Advisor, Data Analytics Enablement, you’ll:\nLiaise with, guide and support business partners in defining and implementing analytical solutions in support of their strategic initiatives and vision\nAnalyze the needs of business units and stakeholders and orient the development of analytics solutions to support their operations\nProvide expertise and guidance on the development, transversal alignment and implementation of the team’s roadmap, to enable data-driven decision making and help meet and exceed corporate objectives\nServe as a key advisor on analytics solutions across the team\nBuild proficiency with emerging AI tools and apply them to improve team efficiency\nEnsure the chosen methodologies, analytical techniques, approaches and tools follow industry best practices, and that modeling choices are sound\nGuide team members in the definition and implementation of solutions and contribute to team effectiveness through coaching and knowledge sharing\nMonitor the industry and emerging analytics technologies and trends, and assess their benefits, risks and success factors for PSP\nWHAT YOU’LL NEED\nMaster's degree in a relevant discipline (financial engineering, analytics, mathematics, etc.) required; CFA, FRM or PRM designation is an asset\nA minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in analytics or a related field, including translating stakeholder needs into data and analytics requirements\nTechnical fluency, with programming skills in Python, SQL, and/or Databricks, with hands-on experience in cloud data platforms such as Snowflake\nUnderstanding of financial modeling, investment and risk management practices\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of the business to support stakeholders\nExcellent written and spoken communication skills\nBilingualism: English and French (frequent interactions in English with PSP employees based in our offices in Hong Kong, London and New York, and interactions in French with employees in our local offices in Montreal and Ottawa)\nWe offer a tailored employee experience and competitive total rewards and benefits package* designed to attract and retain global diverse talent, reward performance, and reinforce business strategies and priorities.
