We also play a key role in providing support and subject matter expertise to colleagues across PSP throughout their analytics development cycle.\nABOUT YOUR ROLE\nAs Senior Analyst, Data Analytics Enablement, Analytics , you’ll:\nContribute to the development of analytical solution with business partners in support of strategic initiatives and vision\n\nAnalyze the specific needs of various business units and stakeholders to orient development of Analytical solutions to support their operations\n\nProvide expertise and guidance to support the development, transversal alignment and implementation of the Data & Analytics roadmap to enable data driven decision making and help meet and exceed corporate objectives\n\nEnsure chosen methodologies pertaining to analytical techniques, approaches and tools are in line with industry’s best practices, and modeling choices are sound\n\nWHAT YOU’LL NEED\nMaster’s degree in a relevant discipline completed (financial engineering, analytics, mathematics, etc.); and CFA, FRM or PRM professional designation is an asset\n\nGeneral technical fluency (programming skills in any of Python, SQL, MATLAB, R, Databricks)\n\nMinimum of three (3) years of relevant experience\n\nStrong understanding of financial modeling, investment and risk management practices\n\nDemonstrate strong analytical abilities, problem solving skills and understanding of the business to support the stakeholders\n\nExcellent communications skills, both written and spoken (bilingualism French and English)\n\nBilingualism: English and French (frequent interactions in English with PSP employees based in our offices in Hong Kong, London and New York, and interactions in French with employees in our local offices in Montreal and Ottawa)\n\nWe offer a tailored employee experience and competitive total rewards and benefits package* designed to attract and retain global diverse talent, reward performance, and reinforce business strategies and priorities.
