We also play a key role in providing support and subject matter expertise to colleagues across PSP throughout their analytics development cycle.\nABOUT YOUR ROLE\nAs a Senior analyst, Data Analytics Enablement, Data, you’ll:\nProvide expertise to enable the delivery of our Data & Analytics roadmap which will help enable data driven decision making\n\nAct as a data specialist for the team, providing subject matter expertise on data structures, sources, and platform capabilities to support analytics and business initiatives\n\nSupport the ingestion and integration of internal and external data sources into PSP's data platform, working with technology and business partners to ensure data flows are reliable, well-documented, and aligned with platform standards\n\nManage and coordinate requests for market data from external providers ensuring timely fulfillment and proper licensing, entitlement, and delivery into the platform\n\nImplement and mMonitor data quality across the platform, investigate and resolve issues, and maintain the data catalogue so that data products are discoverable, well-described, and trusted by consumers across PSP\n\nBuild proficiency with emerging AI tools and apply them to improve team efficiency\n\nContribute as a key resource on analytics and operations solutions across the team\n\nAnalyze and interpret data to derive actionable, business-specific insights\n\nAssist with operational tasks, including day-to-day support, incident and problem resolution, and ad hoc queries\n\nEnsure support and continuous improvement of the Data Analytics platform\n\nWHAT YOU’LL NEED\nBachelor's degree in a technology-related field, engineering, business administration, or a related field\n\nThree (3) to five (5) years of experience in a data support, data integration, or analytics enablement role, ideally within financial services or asset management\n\nProficiency in SQL, with hands-on experience in cloud data platforms such as Snowflake.\n\nGood general knowledge of business intelligence (BI) and analytics\n\nExperience with projects, software development life cycle processes and Agile/DevOps delivery models\n\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to support colleagues across the analytics development cycle\n\nDetail-oriented, organized, and driven by a continuous-improvement mindset\n\nBilingualism: English and French (frequent interactions in English with PSP employees based in our offices in Hong Kong, London and New York, and interactions in French with employees in our local offices in Montreal and Ottawa)\n\nWe offer a tailored employee experience and competitive total rewards and benefits package* designed to attract and retain global diverse talent, reward performance, and reinforce business strategies and priorities.
