The selected candidate will join a team whose mission is to make the user experience as efficient and secure as possible, regardless of the devices used or the workplace location.\nABOUT YOUR ROLE\nAs a Solution Designer (Endpoints), Cloud Technologies, you’ll:\nAnalyze, recommend, document, and deploy technology solutions related to digital workplace platforms, aligned with the strategic direction of the team and the organization\n\nTake ownership and govern the Microsoft Intune MDM platform, including its architecture, standards, configuration, lifecycle, and roadmap\n\nManage the full device lifecycle (Windows, iOS, MacOS, hybrid), including deployment, configuration, policy compliance, and secure decommissioning\n\nDefine and implement compliance policies, security baselines, and endpoint hardening aligned with Zero Trust principles\n\nLead automation and zero-touch provisioning initiatives through Intune and scripting (e.g., PowerShell)\n\nCollaborate closely with Cybersecurity and Infrastructure teams to translate security requirements into applicable technical controls\n\nStay current on digital workplace technologies and share knowledge across the team\n\nDevelop and maintain technical documentation, standards, and operating procedures\n\nWHAT YOU’LL NEED\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)\n\nA minimum of seven (7) years of experience in endpoint engineering, modern workplace management, or MDM, with responsibility for enterprise-scale platforms\n\nDeep expertise in Microsoft Intune: architecture design, compliance and configuration policies, security baselines, conditional access, and lifecycle management for Windows, iOS, and MacOS\n\nProven experience as a technical authority or platform owner, defining standards and the strategic direction for endpoint management\n\nStrong knowledge of endpoint security, including patch management, vulnerability remediation, and device and application lifecycle management in a regulated environment\n\nAdvanced automation and scripting skills (PowerShell), with the ability to collaborate effectively with Cybersecurity and Infrastructure teams\n\nBilingualism: English and French (frequent interactions in English with PSP employees based in our offices in Hong Kong, London and New York, and interactions in French with employees in our local offices in Montreal and Ottawa)\n\nWe offer a tailored employee experience and competitive total rewards and benefits package* designed to attract and retain global diverse talent, reward performance, and reinforce business strategies and priorities.
