evolving environment.\nKey ResponsibilitiesEnterprise Project Management & Prioritization\n\nEstablish and maintain a centralized overview of organizational projects, initiatives, priorities, and deliverables.\n\nWork with senior leadership to evaluate, prioritize, and align projects with organizational objectives, business needs, and available resources.\n\nDevelop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements.\n\nMonitor project progress to ensure initiatives remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned with expected outcomes.\n\nIdentify competing priorities, resource constraints, project dependencies, and potential risks, recommending appropriate solutions.\n\nEstablish standardized project management processes, tools, templates, and reporting mechanisms to improve organizational efficiency.\n\nEnsure clear accountability, ownership, and communication across all active projects.\n\nFacilitate project review meetings and provide regular progress updates to senior leadership.\n\nOrganizational Growth & Strategic Initiatives\n\nLead and coordinate strategic projects that support organizational expansion, operational scalability, and business growth.\n\nDevelop project plans to support new business opportunities, service expansions, organizational changes, and operational improvements.\n\nCollaborate with department leaders to identify infrastructure, staffing, technology, and process requirements associated with organizational growth.\n\nCoordinate cross-functional activities to ensure growth initiatives are implemented effectively and within established timelines.\n\nSupport the implementation of new systems, technologies, services, and operational processes.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness, productivity, and scalability.\n\nSupport change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new processes, systems, and organizational initiatives.\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management\n\nServe as a central point of coordination for projects involving multiple departments and stakeholders.\n\nPartner with department leaders to define project objectives, deliverables, responsibilities, and success measures.\n\nFacilitate effective communication and collaboration between project teams, management, and senior leadership.\n\nIdentify and resolve project challenges, escalating significant risks or barriers when appropriate.\n\nEnsure stakeholders are informed of project progress, changes in priorities, and upcoming milestones.\n\nPromote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.\n\nProject Governance, Reporting & Continuous Improvement\n\nDevelop and maintain project dashboards, status reports, risk assessments, and performance metrics.\n\nTrack project performance against established timelines, budgets, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs).\n\nEstablish project governance practices to support effective decision-making, prioritization, and resource management.\n\nConduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement.\n\nRecommend improvements to project management methodologies, organizational workflows, and operational processes.\n\nEnsure project documentation is accurate, organized, and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.\n\nQualifications & Experience\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations Management, or a related field.\n\nMinimum 5 years of experience in project management.\n\nDemonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects across different departments or business functions.\n\nExperience leading organizational growth, business transformation, operational improvement, or technology implementation projects.\n\nStrong understanding of project management methodologies.\n\nExperience establishing project governance, prioritization frameworks, reporting processes, and project management tools.\n\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent designation is considered a strong asset.\n\nExperience working with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.\n\nExperience in healthcare, pharmaceutical services, patient support programs, or a rapidly growing organization is considered a strong asset.\n\nKnowledge, Skills & Competencies\nProject Management: Strong ability to plan, coordinate, execute, and monitor projects from initiation through engage effectively with employees, management, and senior leadership.\n\nAnalytical Thinking & Problem-Solving: Ability to identify risks, analyze complex challenges, and develop practical, effective solutions.\n\nOrganization & Time Management: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects, competing deadlines, and shifting priorities.\n\nBusiness Process Improvement: Ability to assess existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements that support operational effectiveness.\n\nAdaptability & Initiative: Comfortable working in a dynamic, growing organization with evolving business needs and priorities.\n\nTechnical Proficiency: Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and project management platforms such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Asana,
