They will report to an Inside Sales Manager and be dotted line to the Regional Director. This person will be responsible for fostering new footprint opportunities, upselling, and cross-selling in 100+ accounts in the SMB and Mid-Market space. In addition to strategic initiatives, the ACAM will also manage tactical transactions. They will collaborate with resources such as CAD sellers, partner technical managers, PSRs, and overlays to ensure smooth management of these transactions. The ACAM will function as the hub of a channel \"pod\" model, facilitating collaboration among a cross-functional team (the regional CAM, ISS, Marketing, segment sales, operations, and technical) to develop and execute region-specific strategies.\nResponsibilities\nTo achieve assigned revenue target by selling PTC’s software, training, and consulting to product development companies\nWork with Certified Software Partners to drive Revenue\nProspect and develop new accounts while maintaining sales within existing accounts\nCoordinate with Regional Sales Directors and Field Reps\nEngage in direct sales activities, including prospecting, presenting, and closing deals.\nDrive Designated channel account revenue to specified Reseller\nDevelop revenue forecast in coordination with Sales RD and Management\nWeekly/Monthly/Quarterly Forecasting.\nTrack Sales Process with Internal CRM system\nHelp process immediate orders in for delivery of software\nAnswer questions on software, Training, and Consulting\nSkills and Knowledge\nExcellent sales presentation and communication skills.\nStrong relationship-building and negotiation skills.\nAbility to understand and navigate complex product development and discrete manufacturing business operations.\nGood understanding of software subscription (SAAS) model is a strong plus\nSoftware License Compliance experience is a strong plus\nCompetitive Drive and Strong Desire for Success\nExperience\n3-5 years of relevant sales quota carrying experience in a B2B environment.\nProven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.\nFamiliarity with the dynamics of product development and discrete manufacturing industry is desirable.\nExperience co-selling with Channel Resellers is a plus\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's Degree in a relevant field.\nWorking knowledge of product development and discrete manufacturing business operations.\nMinimum 3 years of Inside Sales Experience\nSales experience in IT industry, software company is a plus\nLife at PTC is about more than working with today’s most cutting-edge technologies to transform the physical world.
