If output cost standards not achieved, provide root causes of mill process inefficiency to plant manager for corrective action.\nThis position is responsible for maintaining production goals through productivity targets and cost containment by eliminating waste.\nReceives instructions and assignments from plant supervision as required.\nPerforms and records all QA check measurements required by the Quality Manual on product being produced.\nRecords production and keeps work area clean.\nPerforms other related work as directed by plant supervision.\nThe incumbent is expected to understand that all employees have a shared responsibility for the quality of products and related services provided to our customers. Duties and responsibilities are to be carried out in accordance with the PTC Quality Management System and its policies, procedures, and work instructions as applicable to the job or function being performed.\nPay Rate\nStarting rate $20.60/hr\n18 months after Hire Date - Advance to level 3\n30 months after Hire Date - Advance to level 4\n42 months after Hire Date - plus know the required number of jobs-Advance to level 5\nQualifications\nMinimum Education and/or Experience Requirements:\nHigh school graduate or equivalent preferred.\nNo experience necessary.
