You will work closely with cross-functional teams across multiple regions to deliver value-driven solutions to customers using PTC’s suite of software products.\nKey Responsibilities\n· Identify and develop new business opportunities through direct sales efforts.\n· Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.\n· Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers including C level executives\n· Understand customer needs and articulate the value of PTC’s solutions (CAD, IoT, ALM, PLM, AR, etc.).\n· Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the globe to effectively drive business as well as deliver compelling presentations and demos.\n· Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.\n· Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).\n· Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\n· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.\n· 5+ years of experience in B2B software sales, preferably in Automotive or manufacturing sectors.\n· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.\n· Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions and sales methodologies.\n· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.\n· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.\n· Japanese - Native Level English - Fluent Level\nNice-to-Have Skills\n· Experience running global sales\n· Familiarity with PTC or competitor products\n· Technical background or understanding of engineering and manufacturing processes\nLife at PTC is about more than working with today’s most cutting-edge technologies to transform the physical world.
