You will assume responsibility for leading consulting teams in client engagements that may influence global business practices. Utilizing technologies including ALM and PLM, you will help clients integrate contemporary innovations to meet future objectives.\nYour team comprises Architects and Consultants at multiple levels who collaborate on projects of diverse scale and complexity. You will engage closely with the broader Customer Success organization, Research & Development, Workforce Management, and Technical Support to ensure proper definition and development of project scope, resource allocation, and dependencies.\nDay-To-Day Responsibilities:\nLead and manage multiple projects to ensure the realization of value, quality, and on-time delivery of defined scope\nCoordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects\nCommunicate project status regularly to various stakeholders\nPerform risk management to mitigate potential risks\nDevelop and manage a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress\nManage changes to the project scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques and change management processes\nRequirements:\nRequires 8+ years of customer-facing project management experience in the configuration and deployment of impactful software solutions for manufacturing industries\nExperience leading multi-disciplinary project teams and reporting to internal and external stakeholders.\nStrong leadership, escalation management and problem-solving skills\nExcellent customer-facing and internal communication skills (written and verbal)\nStrong working knowledge of project management software tools and methodologies Agile, Waterfall, SCRUM)\nBachelor’s degree\nMust be a US Citizen\nNice to have:\nPMP certification\nExperience with PLM, or ALM, implementations\nSkills and knowledge:\nLeadership\nPlanning Developing and Tracking Budgets\nWorking knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite\nExperience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies\nSolid organizational and analytical skills\nRisk Management\nDetail oriented\nThis position is not eligible for employment-based immigration sponsorship.
