You will closely interact and work with Dev leads, Dev, QA, and other teams to make sure software is delivered per schedule and in great quality.\nResponsibilities:\nRelease Management:Enable efficient release governanceEstablish and maintain release management processes and standards\nMonitor and improve release processes for efficiency and effectiveness\n\nTrack and measure releasesDefine and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for releases\nMaintain and update release dashboards\nAnalyze release metrics to identify areas for improvement\n\nSupport planning, scheduling, and controlling of releasesDevelop detailed release plans and schedules\nCoordinate release activities with cross-functional teams\n\nManage change requestsTrack change request process for releases\nSupport evaluating and approval/rejection change requests\nTrack timely implementation of approved changes\n\nDrive release and backlog planning and prioritizationCollaborate with product owners to prioritize the release backlog\nEnsure alignment between release plans and business objectives\nTrack plans vs execution\n\nConducting retrospectives and RCAs when required\nWorking with various stakeholders: PMs, R&D, Management\n\nProject managementTrack and follow-up on high risks projects when required \nProvide status reporting when required\nIdentify, communicate and manage risksIdentify and communicate risks to stakeholders\nSupport developing mitigation plans\n\nManage dependenciesIdentify dependencies between different teams and projects\nCoordinate with scrum teams to ensure smooth delivery\nResolve any dependency-related issues that arise\n\nSkills and knowledge most relevant to the job:\nHigh level of organization and attention to detail\nData savvy\nAbility to understand and apply complex processes with judgement\nExcellent facilitation and listening skills; able to surface concerns, align stakeholders, and build trust across teams to enable collaboration\nAbility to balance drive with discipline-knowing when to push forward and when to slow down to ensure quality and clarity\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nProactive approach to identifying and solving problems\nExperience driving positive change via process improvement\nKnowledge of Agile SCRUM software development methodology\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in related areas\n6-10 years of relevant experience (program/release management, software development, QA, etc.)\nPrior experience with agile development\nPMI training / PMP certification would be a plus\nLife at PTC is about more than working with today’s most cutting-edge technologies to transform the physical world.
