Today, we are a global team of nearly 7,000 and our main objective is to create opportunities for our team members to explore, learn, and grow - all while seeing their ideas come to life and celebrating the differences that make us who we are and the work we do possible.\nThe Analyst, Global Security for India & APAC will assist in to protecting our people, facilities, data, and company brand, by providing best in class Global Security solutions, services, and technology for PTC throughout India and APAC, reporting directly to the regional Manager, Global Security.\nPosition Responsibilities:\nSupports regional Manager, Global Security in all global security strategic focus areas to including Physical & Technical Security, Travel Risk Management, and Crisis Response & Resiliency.\nProvides security office administrative duties as needed, to support PTC employees at the dedicated regional HUB.\nPerforms daily operations in the enterprise video and access control software, to include badging & ID, occupancy reporting and video review.\nResponsible for security technology health and maintenance processes and procedures.\nCommunicates with PTC managers on office space and restricted space access requests and access rosters.\nMonitors regional global security mailbox and service ticket system for employee assistance requests, per region.\nMonitors PTC Crisis Platform for potential threat to PTC employees/business and escalates as needed.\nCoordinates and communicates with regional property management security teams as needed, to ensure safe and secure environment for PTC employees.\nAssists in scheduling additional security coverage for PTC events when required.\nWorks closely with PTC Office Managers to support the ERT needs, training, and plans.\nAssists office managers in region to schedule First Aid, CPR & AED training.\nTracks regional global security metrics, as developed by Global Security Leadership\nResponsible for all other projects assigned by the regional global security manager.\nDesired Skills\nAbility to effectively communicate and build influential relationships at all levels of the organization, while building the Global Security brand.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills \nStrong organizational skills\nBasic Qualifications\nAssociate degree or 4+ total years’ experience.\n1-3 years’ experience in corporate / global security or similar function.\nLife at PTC is about more than working with today’s most cutting-edge technologies to transform the physical world.
