Every feature, workflow, and release relies on robust automation to ensure the reliability, performance, and user experience our customers expect.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and maintain UI and API-based automation frameworks.\nBuild automated tests for new and existing product features.\nIntegrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.\nInvestigate test failures, identify root causes, and improve system reliability.\nImprove automation coverage, stability, performance, and maintainability.\nCollaborate with development teams to promote quality throughout the development lifecycle.\nPartner with QA Manual team to strategize test coverage\nDefine and refine automation architecture, tooling, and engineering best practices.\nProvide technical leadership and mentorship across the QA team.\nRequired Skills & Experience\nAbility to commute to the Boston Seaport office at least 1-2 days per week.\n5+ years of experience developing automated test solutions for complex web or cloud-based applications.\nStrong experience developing UI and API-based automation frameworks.\nProficiency in Java, Javascript, or Typescript. The anticipated annual salary range for this position is between $118,000 - 165,000. The salary range reflects a good-faith estimate of compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on a candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Additionally, candidates may be eligible for a performance-based bonus. Employees also have the opportunity to become a PTC shareholder through our employee share purchase program (ESPP), which allows for the purchase of discounted PTC stock. Certain roles may also be eligible for participation in our equity programs.
