Considers business side of technical decisions.\n\nYour Impact\nALM, Pune team, need a Software Developer at mid-experience level who will work on developing and maintaining multiple products within ALM Portfolio. The work also involves working on creation of new features using modern UI/UX concepts\nYour Team\nThe candidate will be a part of a highly dynamic and technically competent team whose mission is to deliver a robust and yet easy to use requirements management, software engineering and test management solution. ALM Products ensures digital product traceability throughout the product lifecycle. The team adopts a customer centric approach backed by strong agile practices\nYour Day-to-Day\nPrepare functional specifications to include\n\nDetailed description of specific features and/or functionalities for a component within a product for a specific release\n\nAssumptions, constraints and dependencies associated with this particular feature\n\nA User Interface section, outlining specific UI's and user roles\n\nReferences use cases and documents task flows for this particular feature\n\nSchedule, conduct and participate in design reviews\n\nPrepare design note(s) per group standards based on an approved set of requirements. A design note shall include at minimum: Requirement statement, problem definition, solution description, test scenarios, migration issues\n\nPrepare work estimates for assigned tasks\n\nDevelop iterative prototypes when appropriate Technical lead on projects Completes all work according to schedule requirements\n\nProvide ongoing feedback on deliverables\n\nWrite well documented & performing code including source code documentation that meets organizational standards\n\nSolicit code reviews for your work.
