Today, we are a global team of nearly 7,000 and our main objective is to create opportunities for our team members to explore, learn, and grow - all while seeing their ideas come to life and celebrating the differences that make us who we are and the work we do possible.\nLocation:\n- UK remote\n-Barcelona , Spain\nYour Team\nYou will be an integral member of our EMEA Solutions Implementation team within the Servigistics Business Unit.\nOur team focuses on helping customers adopt best practices in Service Parts Management and designing solutions that enable successful implementations.\nWe are passionate about Service Supply Chain and help our customers achieve their desired service levels in the aftermarket while optimizing inventory investment.\nYou will join a highly skilled, multicultural, collaborative, and results-oriented consulting team working with customers across multiple industries and geographies.\nYour Impact\nAct as an Application Architect / Solution Consultant on Servigistics implementation projects.\nWork primarily with Servigistics Service Parts Management, with potential exposure to Service Parts Pricing.\nLead and facilitate customer workshops to understand business requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and define solutions using Servigistics.\nHelp customers adopt Service Supply Chain best practices and improve key business outcomes such as service levels, parts availability, and inventory optimization.\nDesign solutions for complex Service Supply Chain and Service Parts Planning business scenarios.\nTranslate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs.\nIdentify opportunities for additional process consulting and solution improvement activities.\nSupport and mentor other team members in the Service Supply Chain and Servigistics domains.\nDay-to-Day\nPresent Servigistics capabilities and recommend solution designs that address key customer business challenges.\nLead requirements gathering, solution design, and customer-facing workshops.\nAnalyze and communicate both technical and business information to customer stakeholders.\nConfigure and support the implementation of Service Parts Planning solutions.\nProvide customer training on Servigistics functionality, processes, and best practices.\nCollaborate with project managers, technical consultants, architects, and customer teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.\nContribute to the development and knowledge growth of other consultants within the Service Supply Chain domain.\nSupport project management activities when required.\nTravel to customer locations for workshops, implementation activities, and other project needs, with approximately 10% travel expected.\nYour Skills and Knowledge\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.\nPrevious professional experience in Supply Planning, Service Parts Planning, Inventory Planning, or Supply Chain Planning.\nPrevious hands-on experience with Service Parts Planning software is required. Experience with Servigistics as a key-user or consultant is strongly preferred.\n\nStrong understanding of Service Supply Chain, inventory planning, forecasting, replenishment, or Service Parts Management concepts.\nProven ability to lead and facilitate customer-facing workshops.\nAbility to translate business requirements into functional solution designs.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English.\nAbility to work effectively with customers and distributed international teams.\nAvailability to travel approximately 10% of the time.\nExperience managing or supporting IT implementation projects is a plus.\nLife at PTC\nLife at PTC is about more than working with today’s cutting-edge technologies to transform the physical world.
