The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and experience supporting sales opportunities through product demonstrations and technical discussions.\nIn this role, you will work closely with the sales team to support new customer acquisition and contribute to the growth of existing accounts in collaboration with the Customer Success team. A solid understanding of engineering applications such as CAD, PDM, PLM, CAM, and FEA is important, along with the ability to communicate the value of Onshape's solutions to prospects and customers. This is an excellent opportunity to help organizations modernize their product development processes with a leading cloud-native platform.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain a strong working knowledge of the Onshape product portfolio.\nSupport the sales team by delivering product demonstrations and assisting with technical evaluations.\nRespond to technical questions from customers and prospects throughout the sales process.\nAssist in creating technical content and supporting materials for customer-facing and marketing activities.\nGather customer feedback and share product enhancement suggestions with the development team.\nStay current on industry trends, product updates, and relevant engineering technologies.\nCollaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience.\nRequired Skills and Experience\nExperience working with engineering software such as CAD, PDM, PLM, CAM, or FEA.\nExperience delivering product demonstrations or providing technical support in a customer-facing environment.\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to different audiences.\nFluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
