The firm’s primary operational hubs are in Denver, Colorado, and Naperville, Illinois, with other offices throughout the United States.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities -\nProvide exceptional participant experience by answering phone inquiries, responding to emails to resolve all client requests timely.\nUtilize Customer Service Management System to track client requests through completion.\nPerform data stewardship to ensure accuracy of source data used throughout the firm.\nAct as intermediary for all communications to PTMA LGIP clients.\nProcess audit confirmation requests for Fund Participants.\nRecommend and assists with enhancement and maintenance of procedures and related systems and reports.\nOrder banking supplies and process billing for banking services.\nAssist and provide backup to other staff.\nOther duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.\nSteward of compliance, coordinates with company staff to gather, analyze, summarize, and prepare recommendations and reports.\nSet up, update, and maintain client account information, including access to GPS.\nAssist clients and staff by investigating and answering questions related to systems, accounts, procedures, transactions and/or services.\nAssist with deliverables for annual audits of Funds.\nProvide coverage for vacation, sick and personal days of team members.\nPerform special projects as needed and assigned.\nDecision Making/Difficulty of Work:\nThe position is hands on, fast paced, detail and deadline oriented.\nThe position requires good judgment, strong attention to detail, and accuracy.\nOrganizational skills and management of priorities are necessary to succeed in this position.\nMinimum Requirements:\nAbility to work effectively with employees of all levels within the company.\nMust be able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize appropriately.\nCompetencies Required\nComputer Skills:\nMust be proficient in Outlook, Excel.\nExperience with a Customer Service Management tool such as Salesforce is beneficial.\nInterpersonal Skills:\nExcellent customer service skills required.\nMust be able to work closely in a team environment.\nMust be able to evaluate problems as they occur daily and resolve them in cooperation with co-workers.\nCommunication Skills:\nMust be able to work closely with the other client service associates, and management.\nStrong oral and written communication skills are necessary to succeed.\nMust be comfortable on the phone and client facing.\nOther Training, Education, Special Skills Required:\nEducation/Knowledge:\nAssociates Degree or higher and/or 1-2 years banking experience \n1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.\nKnowledge of financial markets and mutual fund industry beneficial.\nThe pay range for this role is:\n55,000.00 -
