We are a diverse organization and are looking for bright, passionate and committed professionals who strive to be the best at what they do.\nResponsibilities\n· Lead solution and architecture design for Google Cloud CX projects\n· Create comprehensive architecture diagrams, demos, proof-of-concepts, and delivery accelerators\n· Implement secure and scalable Google Cloud solutions in production environments through hands-on engineering\n· Demonstrate deep technical expertise in Google Cloud Customer Engagement Suite (CES) services / CCAI\n· Mentor developers and engineers during project execution\n· Partner with project managers to ensure on-time, quality delivery\n· Identify opportunities and advocate for Google Cloud solutions\n· Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and practice development\nRequirements\n· 5+ years of architecture and implementation experience with public cloud platforms, including at least 3 years on GCP\n· Hands-on experience with end-to-end implementation of key Google Cloud solutions: Dialogflow CX/ES, Conversational Insights, Speech to Text, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, GKE or Cloud Run, and/or Vertex AI\n· Expert in Google Cloud foundational best practices for IAM, project hierarchy, central logging and monitoring, VPC networks, hybrid connectivity, and billing\n· Experience designing and deploying production solutions on Google Cloud within contact center or CX transformation engagements\n· Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform), CI/CD, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)\n· Excellent communication and client-facing skills\n· Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on implementation\n· Ability to lead a small team of developers\n· Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect certification\nDesired \n· Experience implementing large-scale contact center transformations with one or more of the following CES solutions: Google Cloud CCaaS / CCAIP, Agent Assist, Quality AI\n· Experience in Google Cloud Retail Search / Vertex AI Search for commerce\n· Experience with the implementation of agentic workflows using Vertex AI\n· Experience designing accelerators or packaged offerings for cloud platforms\n· Familiarity with other contact center solutions (e.g., Genesys, NICE, Five9)\n· Additional Professional-level Google Cloud certifications\nSalary is DOE and is extremely competitive.
