If you are looking to be part of a forward-thinking, industry-leading team where your contribution truly matters, we want you to be part of our journey.\nWhat You'll Be Doing Here\nYou will play a critical role in ensuring our laboratory operations run seamlessly, accurately, and in strict compliance with quality standards.\nEnsure all samples are handled correctly in accordance with CFA, SLMS, ISO, and QMS obligations, perform proficiency testing, and issue test results to Legionella responsible persons within agreed timescales.\n\nExercise independent judgment, maintain strict impartiality, and show resilience against outside pressure. Escalate any concerns, follow proper version-controlled documentation procedures, and support management in completing audit actions.\n\nPrepare and perform equipment calibrations, conduct daily temperature and equipment checks, and handle general laboratory housekeeping.\n\nCarry out stock checks, handle and record delivered stock, upload certificates of acceptance, and answer general enquiries where appropriate.\n\nWho We're Looking For\nEssential Requirements: An adequate understanding of mathematics, English, and biology.\n\nDesirable Criteria: Previous experience working within an ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 laboratory environment.\n\nStrong attention to detail, a resilient and impartial approach to compliance, excellent organisational skills, and a professional, proactive attitude.\n\nWhat We Offer\nWe believe in supporting our people!
