complex projects, across distributed teams, across multiple locations.\n\nBe a strong leader with experience in measuring Agile project against Lean portfolio metrics.\n\nHave strong backlog management andfacilitation techniques.\n\nJIRA configuration and management.\n\nMust be familiar with software development lifecycle and understand customer centricity.\n\nHave strong stakeholder management skills, both internal and external, in an Agile delivery environment.\n\nStrong communication skills with all the key stakeholders to ensure Project scope is understood and implemented correctly.\n\nBe an advocate of continuous improvement and industry recognized best practices in Agile.\n\nStrong knowledge of Gaming andLottery, including Player Platforms, CRM features, remote gaming server integrations and Data Protection is a plus.\n\nExcellent knowledge of Risk Management, risk identification and risked based planning.\n\nProactive, strong-minded, quick thinker and assertive.\n\nAble to motivate a team, recognize good talent and bring the best out of each individual.\n\nExcellent communicator, influencing skills and negotiation skills to get management buy-in on
