superintendent, drilling engineer and drilling supervisor in technical requirement as requested.\nParticipate in ‘end of well reviews’, capture lessons learned and contribute to drilling performance improvement plans using the Technical Limit approach.\nProvide technical support to the evaluation and selection of rig, material, equipment and services. \nReview and Update Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)\nEnsure that all performance improvement initiatives are compliant with the SSHE Management System\nEnsure adherence to SSHE Management System, Well Management System (WMS), Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Management of Contractors and Suppliers Standard and the local regulatory requirements.\nPrepare HAZID risk assessment session for initiatives and incorporate all mitigation plans in the Detailed Drilling program and organize procedural HAZOP sessions with all key contractors prior to execution.\nProfessional Knowledge & Experiences\n\nBachelor’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent\nMinimum 3-year experience in drilling operations, including 2-year experience as Supervisor, Drilling Operations of offshore assets and offshore rig\nKnowledge of performance optimization, supplier management, and materials procurement, service contracts, and SSHE for drilling operations \nGood in written and spoken English skills \nAnalytical and presentation
