This role is sourcing only. You'll find strong people for every part of the business, from content and editorial to brand partnerships, commercial, finance and tech, then hand them over to our UK talent team, who take it from there. You'll work remotely, with hours that overlap well with the UK.\nIf you love the search, know social-first media and can tell people why Pubity is worth a chat, this role is a great fit.\nKey Responsibilities\nFind strong people for roles across content, editorial, brand partnerships, commercial, finance and tech.\n\nBuild pipelines for key and hard to fill roles before they open.\n\nSearch using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, social platforms and online communities.\nMap talent at digital publishers, social-first media brands and creator businesses.\n\nWrite personal outreach that explains why Pubity is a great place to work.\n\nAgree briefs with the UK talent team and hand over interested people with clear notes.\n\nKeep Teamtailor up to date and help improve how we source.\n\nEssential Skills & Experience\nProven experience in talent acquisition, mostly in sourcing.\n\nSourcing beyond LinkedIn, such as portfolio sites, GitHub or creator platforms.\n\nA track record of talent mapping and building pipelines of passive talent.\n\nGood knowledge of social-first media, digital publishers and social media.\n\nClear written English, with outreach that sounds human.\n\nDesired Skills & Attributes\nSourcing for a mix of creative, commercial and technical roles.\n\nExperience with a UK business or an international talent team.\n\nHands-on use of Teamtailor or a similar ATS.\n\nConfident using AI tools to speed up your work.\n\nWhy Pubity Group?\nWe are the world's biggest Gen Z publisher, built on culture, community and creativity.
