To learn more, visit www.publicconsultinggroup.com.\nExperienced software engineering professional responsible for designing and implementing complex applications, solving technical challenges, and driving best practices across the development lifecycle.Duties and Responsibilities\nPlans, develops, tests, documents and implements software according to specifications and industry best practices.\nConverts functional specifications into technical specifications suitable for code development.\nWorks with Delivery Manager to evaluate user’s requests for new or modified computer programs to determine feasibility, cost and time required, compatibility with current system, and computer capabilities.\nFollows coding and documentation standards.
