We’re looking for an entrepreneurial, commercial leader to build relationships that bring new customers and assets to Public.\nMany companies already reach the investors we want to serve. You’ll proactively seek them out, uncover the opportunity, and structure creative, efficient deals that introduce Public to their audiences. You’ll own each relationship from initial thesis and origination through deal structuring, negotiation, and commercial execution, working directly with leadership to turn new ideas into measurable business outcomes.\nThis is a role for a dealmaker, not a strategist. You’ll report directly to Co-CEO, Leif Abraham.\nSpecifically, you will:\nExplore and pursue new business opportunities outside our existing integrated partnerships roadmap, with a focus on bringing new customers and assets to Public\nDevelop deal structures across consumer channels, from affiliate and referral programs to co-marketing and strategic consumer partnerships\nDesign deal structures that give Public access to new audiences at low or no cost\nManage your partnerships after launch, finding ways to expand what’s working\nBe accountable for the customers and assets your deals bring in\nWhat we're looking for:\nYears in business development, partnerships, and (potentially) corporate development at a consumer fintech, brokerage, or high-growth DTC company\nTrack record of originating and closing deals that drove customer acquisition, asset growth, and new revenue\nA natural relationship builder who earns trust quickly, energizes the people around them, and is always in the mix\nStrong commercial judgment and comfort with deal economics, pricing, and unit economics (CAC, LTV)\nProven ability to turn early-stage ideas into executable, signed agreements and active partnerships\nExcellent negotiation skills and executive presence\nBonus Points:\nExperience launching a new business line or commercial model from scratch\nExperience building or scaling an affiliate or referral program\nExisting senior relationships across consumer brands, fintech, financial institutions, or AI companies\nFamiliarity with financial services marketing rules (FINRA advertising, promotions, referral compensation)\nAbility to use AI tools to scale your productivity and impact\nBenefits:\nCompetitive salary and equity\nComprehensive health, dental, and vision plans\nGenerous PTO and parental leave policy\n401(k) plan with company match\nOpportunities for career growth and professional development\nThe base salary range for this role is $150,000 to $300,000.
