Supports the development and presentation of appropriate recommendations to department management, as needed.\nConducts and analyzes market research, incorporates other information, and updates databases, as appropriate.\nProvides support to cross-functional teams to implement product changes and other plans to support Citizens’ strategy. Assists in the submission and quality review of rate, rule and forms filings. Provides reports, data or other information to support the development and presentation of appropriate recommendations to department management.\nReviews communications and provides feedback to ensure successful communication of product information and changes to internal and external stakeholders. Supports the development and presentation of training sessions.\nMay provide input in the performance management, goal setting and review processes.\nRequired Education and Experience:\nHigh School Diploma | GED\nBachelor’s Degree OR 3 years relevant experience, OR a combination of college education and relevant experience equivalent to 3 years.\nAND\n3 or more years of personal/commercial insurance experience in the areas of product development, claims, contract analysis and/or underwriting.\nPreferred Experience/Education:\nPossession of IIA Certificate in General Insurance, CPCU or an associate designation.\nBachelor’s degree.\n5 or more years of personal/commercial property insurance experience in the areas of product development, claims, contract analysis and/or underwriting.\nKnowledge Skills and Abilities:\nA solid working knowledge of one of the following insurance disciplines: product management, claims, contract analysis, or underwriting.\n\nStrong knowledge of Microsoft products and other data and system tools.\n\nAbility to multi-task and set priorities in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.\n\nAbility to work both independently and in a
