We are expanding our creative team to enhance our consistent and engaging visual brand presence.\n The Facilities Maintenance Technician I position is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.\nKey Responsibilities:\nRepair & Maintenance:Unit wall repairs including OSB and drywall replacement\nBreak-in response\nDoor repairs\nGeneral Plumbing\nLight Electrical\nGeneral Power Washing and Painting\nAssisting Maintenance II technicians with safety and difficult tasks.\n\nAbandoned Goods: Sorting, moving, and disposal of abandoned goods.\nLandscaping: Tree / bush trimming, seasonal clean-up, basic grounds maintenance\nReporting: Identifying and reporting needed repairs to ensure timely maintenance.\n High school diploma or equivalent.\nAbility to transport, lift and move items up to 50lbs\nMinimum of 1 year of experience in maintenance or a related field.\nBasic knowledge of pest control methods and equipment.\nExperience with power washing equipment.\nStrong organizational and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to learn and be proficient in leaning new vendor software applications\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nGood communication skills.\nBenefits:\nCompetitive salary and benefits package.\nOpportunities for professional development and growth.\nSupportive and inclusive work environment.\n Compensation\nHourly Pay Range: $24.00 to $26.00\nCompensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
