We are expanding our creative team to enhance our consistent and engaging visual brand presence.\n Position Summary\nThe Facilities Manager I - Field is responsible for managing capital projects and supporting repair and maintenance execution across a multi-site real estate portfolio. This role ensures efficient project delivery through need identification, scope development, vendor management, budgeting, and execution. This position contributes to maintaining asset performance, protecting revenue, supporting our operations group, and delivering cost-effective facilities solutions aligned with organizational objectives.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Management:\nManage capital and expense projects from discovery through closeout\nDevelop project scopes, schedules, and budgets\nDrive progress to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards\nIdentify risks and implement mitigation strategies\nVendor & Contract Management:\nLead RFP development, bid evaluation, and vendor selection\nNegotiate pricing, leverage advantages, add value\nValidate vendor performance and ensure compliance with scope and standards\nReview and approve invoices and change orders\nFacilities & Asset Management:\nConduct site assessments and identify capital and maintenance needs\nMaintain asset inventory data and support lifecycle planning\nRecommend solutions to improve asset performance and reduce operational risk\nTechnical Oversight:\nInterpret construction drawings and specifications\nApply knowledge of building systems (MEP, structural, envelope) to project planning\nSupport due diligence efforts, including acquisitions and new site turnovers\nStakeholder Collaboration & Customer Service:\nPartner with internal teams to align priorities and communicate effectively\nCommunicate project details and milestones to promote low customer impact\nProvide regular project updates, including risks and outcomes\nAddress inquiries and follow up w/ Operations in a timely and professional manner\nCoordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and municipalities\n Required:\n5+ years of experience in facilities management or construction project management\nDemonstrated experience managing projects, budgets, and vendors\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)\nExperience supporting multi-site real estate portfolios preferred\nBachelor’s degree in construction management, facilities mgmt., engineering, or related field preferred\nFrequent travel is required\nCore Competencies\nProject Management\nVendor Management\nPrioritization\nCritical Thinking\nCustom Centric\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA)\nComprehensive knowledge of facilities management, construction practices, and building systems\nStrong understanding of procurement processes, contract administration, and cost control methodologies\nExpertise in project planning, execution, and multi-project prioritization\nSkilled in vendor negotiation, performance management, and strategic sourcing\nAdvanced financial analysis, cost estimation, and value engineering capabilities\nEffective stakeholder communication, influence, and cross-functional collaboration\nProven ability to analyze data, manage risk proactively, and make informed decisions both independently and within team environments\nPerformance Measures\nOn-time and on-budget project delivery\nQuality and consistency of execution\nVendor performance and accountability\nAccuracy of cost forecasting and invoice validation\nInternal custom satisfaction\nREF4538I\n All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.\nWorkplace\nOne of our values pillars is to work as One Team and we believe that there is no replacement for in-person collaboration but understand the value of some flexibility.
