This role is essential for driving financial insights and supporting decision-making processes across our expansive property operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, and possess a strong understanding of a multi-unit operator.\nConduct comprehensive financial analysis and modeling to support business operations and strategic initiatives.\nDevelop and maintain financial forecasts, budgets, and reporting tools across multiple reporting levels.\nAnalyze and interpret complex financial and operational data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to field leaders.\nCollaborate with various departments to streamline processes and improve financial performance across the company.\nMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the financial health of individual stores and the organization as a whole.\nTrack and report business transformation project results, and develop analysis to provide insights into project performance.\nPrepare monthly financial and operational reports.\nIdentify trends and variances in financial data to understand the drivers of change and propose solutions for improvement.\nAssist with operational budgeting and variance reporting\nPerform financial analysis for Regions and Divisions to enable better decision making for the field teams.\n 5+ years of financial analysis experience\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.\nProficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques, with exceptional analytical skills.\nAdvanced knowledge of software tools such as Microsoft Excel, financial modeling software, and ERP systems.\nExperience with SQL and Business Intelligence and Analytics platforms.\nProficiency with Microsoft Power BI, including dashboard and report development.\nDemonstrated ability using analysis in a problem-solving manner rather than just as a caretaker, by developing new analysis and improving existing analytical methods.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information succinctly.\nStrong work ethic and self-review essential to make sure analysis is ‘right first time and on-time’.\nSelf-starter with high intellectual curiosity and ability to multi-task/meet strict reporting timelines.\nProven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.\n One of our core values is working as OneTeam.
