And to make it matter.\nOverview\nThe Account Executive supports the day-to-day management of assigned accounts and plays a key role in helping teams deliver projects on time, on budget, and with excellence. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, eager to learn, and interested in building a career in healthcare advertising.\nResponsibilities\nSupport the planning, coordination, and execution of projects across multiple workstreams\nAssist in managing project timelines, status reports, meeting notes, and other account documentation\nPartner with internal teams including Creative, Strategy, Project Management, Production, and Finance to keep projects moving forward\nParticipate in client meetings and help ensure follow-up items are captured and completed\nMonitor project budgets, estimates, and billing processes alongside account leadership\nDevelop a strong understanding of client businesses, brands, and marketplace dynamics\nHelp maintain clear communication between clients, agency teams, and external partners\nContribute to the development of presentations, reports, and other client-facing materials\nQualifications\nInternship experience or up to 1 year of experience in advertising, marketing, communications, healthcare, or a related field\nStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\nCollaborative team player with a positive, proactive attitude\nEagerness to learn and grow within a client services/account management career path\nProficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word\nAdditional Information\nOur Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
