This individual will independently lead tracks of work, while also supporting Account Leads on larger initiatives and processes-ensuring our strategy and creative delivery process is followed through to hand-off. You should be self-directed, solution-oriented, and confident in influencing team actions to meet both internal expectations and client satisfaction.\nYou will be expected to independently manage multiple workstreams, maintain strong internal and external relationships, and contribute to high-quality creative and strategic deliverables.\nResponsibilities\nClient & Project Leadership\nServe as the primary day-to-day contact across assigned projects, building strong rapport with client counterparts.\nLead or support client meetings, briefings, and presentations, ensuring agendas, materials, and follow-ups are well-prepared and aligned to objectives.\nReview client deliverables for brand and strategic alignment, consistency, and completeness across all feedback rounds.\nClearly and professionally articulate feedback, timelines, and deliverable expectations to internal teams.\nManage multiple workstreams (2-4 project types concurrently), ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld.\nProactively identify and address smaller client issues or project escalations in collaboration with Delivery and Account Leadership. \nInternal Collaboration & Communication\nPartner closely with Delivery and Creative teams to ensure accurate tracking of deliverables, timelines, and progress updates.\nCoordinate internal communications such as status documents, meeting notes, and feedback summaries.\nProactively bring in senior team members when additional support or escalation is needed.\nDrive momentum on assigned projects by ensuring accountability, clarity of roles, and timely execution.\nInforming/collaborating with the Analytics team to inform of creative updates \nProcess Ownership & Operational Support\nManage discovery and content strategy deliverables, ensuring alignment across client stakeholders, strategy creative, and cross-functional teams.\nSupport the creative trafficking process; managing the handoff of creative assets to the media production team and internal creative rotation documents\nTransferring and organizing client feedback for internal use\nMaintain organizational systems that enable seamless collaboration and delivery across departments. \nQualifications\n5+ years of experience including leading digital projects across multiple channels in a digital or advertising agency\nAbility to solve problems independently and influence teams to achieve desired outcomes.\nSelf-starter who takes initiative to identify opportunity areas, offer solutions and act on them.\nHigh attention to detail and strong time management and organizational skills.\nExceptional written and verbal communication skills. \nFlexible and adaptable to evolving situations and needs.\nAbility to build and nurture successful relationships with clients, internal teams, and other stakeholders.\nMicrosoft Office experience (Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint). \nAdditional Information\nThe Power of One starts with our people!
