You’ll build, grow, and make an impact alongside top talent, leading brands, and the world’s most influential creators.\nReady to join us?\nOverview\nInfluential, the leader in Influencer marketing, is looking for an Accounts Payable Manager to join our growing Accounting team.\nReporting directly to the Senior Manager, AP & Cash Management, this position will play a key role in our Accounts Payable team.\nResponsibilities\nObjectives:\nSupport the company in optimizing its financial transactions and systems.\n\nStrengthen and grow relationships with vendors and suppliers through timely payments.\n\nAssist in streamlining and improving the accounts payable process.\n\nExercise integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting.\n\nComply with national and local financial regulations.\n\nResponsibilities:\nReview invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment using internal accounting software systems.\n\nPerform invoice data entry and processing with efficiency and accuracy.\n\nReviewing vendor contracts against invoice data.\n\nVerifying accurate banking details on invoice for accuracy prior to submitting invoice for manager payment approvals.\n\nMaintaining client campaigns and communicating with vendors professionally when requesting invoices.\n\nAssist senior management as needed with monthly reconciliations and accruals.\n\nQualifications\nStrong mathematical skills.\n\nDetail oriented.\n\n+3 years experience in AP and/or AR.\n\nExperience with accounting software such as, NetSuite, Concur, SalesForce, Tipalti and Google Workspace.\n\nExperience on processing large volumes of invoices (in a timely and accurate manner).\n\nA BS degree in Accounting / Finance / Business is a plus.\n\nAdditional Information\nOur Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger.
