Predictively performing content that unlocks business growth in unprecedented ways.\nOverview\nIn Bogotá, Colombia, we’re looking for a Creative Director who will support the Group Creative Director in overseeing day-to-day creative execution, ensuring all deliverables are on-brand, on-brief, and aligned with client objectives. This role combines creative quality control, team coaching, and project leadership, providing real-time feedback and clear direction to multidisciplinary teams while maintaining consistency, accuracy, and excellence across all creative outputs.Responsibilities\nSupport execution of creative work from brief to final delivery ensuring quality and\nalignment\nConduct and lead WIP reviews, ensuring progress and identifying risks early\nProvide clear, actionable feedback to creative teams in real time\nGuide and support creative team members during project execution\nEnsure all assets meet brand guidelines and creative standards\nCollaborate with Account, Strategy, and Production teams for seamless delivery\nAssist in prioritization and daily workflow management\nManage vendors or external partners when required\nActs as a day to day leader for creative teams during project execution\nProvides mentorship, coaching, and feedback to support development\nContributes to a collaborative and high performance creative culture\nQualifications\n12+ years of experience in creative roles within agency or similar environments\nProject based leadership experience (>3 years guiding creative teams in execution)\nStrong experience in digital and integrated content production\nProven ability to lead creative execution across multiple projects\nStrong understanding of brand guidelines, storytelling, and design craft\nExperience coaching and mentoring creative talent\nStrong collaboration and communication skills\nHigh attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines in fast paced environments\nAdditional Information\nWhat we offer:\nWe have an AI-based interaction and connection platform called Marcel, which includes e-learning tools such as Udemy and LinkedIn Learning, offering more than 30,000 courses on various topics where you can train according to your interests.
