This position will be based in our Philadelphia office but will work closely with the finance and accounting team members in all 160over90 locations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and quantitative skills and be able to work independently and proactively as well as in a team environment. The candidate must be able to communicate with individuals of all levels and backgrounds and succeed in a fast-paced environment.\nResponsibilities\nKey Responsibilities and Accountabilities\nClient/Project Management \nOversee full project accounting for clients within remit \nEnsure timely and complete Client Billings and monthly A/R reporting and follow up in partnerships with AR analysts \nManagement of A/P process including new vendor setups, confirming and coding payables requests, and overseeing release of payments in connection with shared services partner and Treasury department \nLiaise and coordinate with business partners to ensure budgets are submitted and reviewed for projects, accounts are reviewed monthly, rebillable expenses are appropriately managed, and projects are reconciled and closed \nSupport Corporate Accounting \nPerform month-end close duties and reporting including recording of accurate journal entries for revenue and expense \nConduct monthly balance sheet account reviews and reconciliations to ensure ledger maintenance \nAssist with various ad-hoc reporting and projects as needed \nQualifications\nKnowledge and Experience\nBS Degree in Accounting or Finance \n3+ years general accounting experience \nProficient in Excel \nExperience in a marketing/creative agency environment preferred but not required \nSkills and Abilities\nHighly detail-oriented and organized \nAbility to successfully handle multiple deadlines and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment \nExcellent communication skills \nExperience utilizing SAP accounting software a plus \nAdditional Information\nOur Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger.
